Very cool. If you’re looking for new lyrics to put melodies on and record, I’ve started writing them after years of procrastination. And I think I’m improving rapidly! michael@thegoldenmean.us Meanwhile, I’m enjoying reading your writing. Our themes have plenty in common! 🤪💪🌞

Wonderful, Michael! 👍🏼 That’s BRAvE. I tend to discover melodies and lyrics together, but I’m happy to take a look… I’ll email you. 🙏🏽 Thank you

Christine, do you ever come up with melodies and sing songs written by other songwriters??

Thanks 🙏🏽 Yes, I’ve sketched about 10-12 original songs I hope to record soon. Before I became enamored with improvisation, I sang jazz-pop, standards and gospel. I studied improv vocals with Bobby McFerrin, among others.

4) I spent my childhood being afraid to be a weirdo. After years of work, I own my weirdo-ness now and I love it!

2) I sing along to songs in my kitchen or my car, but never for other people. Music class in elementary class was a very negative experience m, so was high school chorus.

You are not alone. So sad how teachers mean well but often shut down our young creative souls, all in the name of fostering high “quality”

I love this! I haven’t even watched the videos yet, but I had to answer your questions. 1) I repeat the word “Ease” over and over in my head and it’s made such a difference.

Ease! Love it. I silently hum “I love you” to my body / spirit, creates an electro/magnetic field that melts the fear/anxiety
