Love it. And I'm definitely a follower of my instincts!

Thank you, Trevy! YAY 🙌🏽 I honestly believe our world would be different if more of us trusted our guts.

Wonderful post! I am all about trusting my gut, but I don't always stop there. My "left brain" occasionally kicks in after the fact and I become curious to explore the logic of my thinking. It's not about potentially changing my mind, which I do not remember ever happening. I sometimes need to understand my thinking and why it was suggesting something else.

Awww, Thank you, Cathy! Me too. The linear left hemisphere needs to know WHY. That's what my Monkey Mind was up to in the wee hours: wondering why the hell I didn't get up and sing, as i usually do! It's why I consciously cultivate other voices inside me that can relax 🤣

...rules to a successful wedding toast...

1) if you aren’t related or have the title best in front of your name don’t do it

2) write at least an outline

3) include at least one joke

4) slur at least four words

5) pause and make uncomfortable eye contact with grandma

6) sweat profusely

7) change coats mid speech

8) keep speech to under a minute

9) tape speech underneath a random seat and spend the initial moments of your speech crawling on all fours looking for your speech

10) accuse a stranger of stealing your speech

11) demand that stranger make your speech instead

12) bask in the speechless glow of your confused audience

13) demand tips while security escorts from the wedding you crashed

Thank you for this! My pharmacist brain loves the science you shared - not something everyone knows.

I did not come by pharmacy “naturally” - language is my forte and German was my first major, until I realized I did not want to live forever in my parents’ home!

I’ve been claircognizant since I was a teen, tho I didn’t truly realize it until decades later. My intuition kept opening up and deepening with each loved one I lost, starting when I was a teen and lost my mom.

Nowadays if I feel my monkey mind is trying to override or blow my intuitive circuits, I take time to tune in and center myself for my guidance. I’m also a medical intuitive and help others at holistic fairs when not filling rxs. I’m using both sides of my brain! Helping others has always been my path. 💜🙏🏻💫

I love your beautiful, Intuitive, Divergent, Claire-Zant brain! Any tips for remembering to take that pause to tune it? I intend to let my Monkeys' rants point the way back to my heart, soul & center, but they really like to be in charge 🙉🙊🙈!

As soon as you feel your money mind taking over, stop and take time to center yourself and check in. Give it a try. 💜🙏🏻💫
