I am truly grateful for your words.

I love to sing, but have never sung in public without a choir around me. I think that working on my singing voice could help me in my effort to not silence myself, and learn to speak up. I am going to turn 67 in March, and I realized the other day that I may only have 20 years left to do the things that bring me joy. This is the time to expand with LOVE.

I love this, Lisa! 🥰 I'm on my way to 66 in June, and just sang my original songs a capella at my very first open mic. It's very brave to share your voice in public: your voice is the path from your heart to the world. How very true that we must learn to speak up, say what's true for us. Let me know if you'd like any support for this undertaking!

I loved this so much. I resonate so much with knowing there are stories of my childhood when I learned to be quiet. Finding my voice is fun and scary!

Awww, Thank you, Erin. We are not alone. I'm so with you in this.

PS: I performed and taught a one-woman musical/workshop on melting the inner voices of fear from our childhood. https://castigliano.wixsite.com/heartsquest/spark-story

I could not love this more! Thank you, Christine! I used to make up songs on the lonely walk to and from school. My favourite little secret. 🥰

Ahhhh, Michelle. Thank you for sharing this joy with me. You can still enjoy your little secret. As a practitioner of vocal improv, we make up songs all the time…
