Beautiful, Christine. Thank you so much for sharing. I really love your singing/chanting. First of all, you have a lovely voice. But even more, I love the energy you capture with your voice. Thank you for this lovely ritual.
What a beautiful, beautiful offering! I loved it! Your soothing voice, the ritual and the sound of the crushing waves in the background! I wish I had water nearby. I find it very soothing. In the meanwhile, my morning ritual is sipping my coffee slowly and reading something inspiring. Often it is poetry, and often it is in Italian or Spanish. I call it my βsacred coffeeβ ritual. I donβt skip it because as you said, then something feels offβ¦ but I just LOVE this ritual of yours! So inspiring! Thank you for sharing and tagging me! ππΌππΌππΌ
Ahhh... Imola, Thank you so much for watching the live video (scary)! Shell Yes to your βsacred coffeeβ ritual. I didn't mention that before I walk down the 120 stairs to the beach, I make myself a lovely witch's brew, a dirty chai espresso, and curl up to chat with my soul (so inspiring). I love that you read poetry in Spanish! I can hear the rolling sounds of this beauty, like ocean waves.
Thank you for writing about your ritual and the four directions. I was feeling heavy and burdened this morning. I didnβt have the strength to watch your beautiful video. But I read. Then I picked up my journal and began to copy your reminder to start the morning greeting the directions. I wrote your words down. As I did, I reached for my colored pens and wrote in the colors that called to be in the writing. As I wrote, the heaviness began to lift.
I got up and poured myself another cup of coffee. As I made my way around the kitchen, I reached my arms up in salutation, I began to sing and sway and wiggleβjust a little. πΆπβοΈ. My spirit lightened and smiled. I returned to the table to continue the writing. To spill the words, to breathe, to move, to sing.
You were a blessing and a hug to a tired woman today. π. May the Spirits smile and encourage you today. βοΈπΊ
Oh my dear Linda, actual tears of joys are slipping down my cheeks! You let this medicine in, little by little, and made it your own, with Colors!
Iβm so proud of you for moving and grooving and singing, too. VERY BRAVE Linda, even in your own living room. You let her out: the spirit that lives inside of you. You felt that light within. By sharing this, you feed my soul, too.
Ahhh...thank you so much, Michelle! It lights me up that you enjoy this (and thank you for supporting me as a paid subscriber). I love to share this place and experience with others. π₯°
Beautiful. Both grounding and uplifting. Thank you, my dear.
