Thank you for your engaging piece, Meet Your Monkeys of Digital Distraction. Your metaphorical approach to addressing the challenges of digital distraction is both creative and relatable. By personifying these distractions as "monkeys," you provide readers with a tangible way to recognize and manage the various facets of their attention. Your 5-minute practice offers a practical tool for readers to reclaim their focus and navigate the digital landscape with greater mindfulness.

My monkey only seems to go mad when I think about writing another novel. It lets me get on with poetry fine! Although sometimes I do hear it saying, you'll never publish a second poetry book... I shall use the unplug technique and see how I get on with writing another novel. Thank you!

Ahhhh... Francesca, I HEAR YOU. I'm looking at a stack of unfinished manuscripts. Our Monkeys don't help us find the clarity to take one baby step at a time, do they? If your heart feels that next novel, or poem (much less daunting), I feel you listening, leaning in, finding the resonance that carries us on. Celebrating your works with you! ~Christine-ahh

My creative monkey is unleashed these days! I'm trying to keep up! LOL. What I find difficult is having so many ideas downloaded and not being able to give them all my attention. I have to pick one and stick with it, and I hope the others are still there.

Oh, Holly - I feel this! I have a stack of manuscripts like that. Letting my soul show me which to tend... May the other downloads remain there for you.
