I love what you're doing! I am a huge fan of teamwork. I work it into my classes at every opportunity. A couple of points you make here are also very powerful for my groups: A common purpose can make big things happen (Holy Sh-t Toilets?? 😆 🎯). Decentralized leadership is also a favorite for me. Many groups miss this opportunity, but I think it's key. People discover so much when they're invited to see themselves as "leaders" for doing things that come naturally or easily to them. Yes, we can all be leaders at whatever we do well. It's like all of our overlapping publications on Substack. :-) Welcome to the world, Tahoma, and Congratulations to her family and aunties!
Thank you so much, Tara 🥰 I feel seen. I brought your insights around shared leadership to our singing circle today. Everyone in the circle lead a piece of our song-making. So beautiful!
These are some amazing ideas for moving toward the “connection economy” that Seth Godin and Charles Eisenstein talk about— an era where authentic, trusting relationships built on reciprocity replace the old paradigms. Thank you for sharing! 💗
Thank you so much, Mariah! I’m glad those big thinkers are spreading this idea. It’s not new, but the times certainly seem to call for more of this way of de-isolating our little worlds…
I love these very do-able suggestions. So right about 8 being a good group size. (I'm in one now that's too big and has that weird hierarchy thing happening). Thanks for these practical steps to making our little corner of the world a better place.

Thank you, Tawnya 🥰 especially for subscribing! I’d love to know more about your intentions for a circle.
I’m so excited about my little circle of 8. From Doom to Bloom 🌷
