What does your body love? I too am a waterthing...the ocean, but especially the rivers give me peace...massages also rule but kind of hurt...
Ever failed at being Good? Tell us! Lot's of try and try try try and some more try try try try has led to a life of things I think are good, but can't guarantee (well I do guarantee them, but "good" is a bit of taste)...looking back at these things I see their energy, but I am unsure of their quality beyond the energy...back to try try try try try i suppose...
What did your Life Movie show you? Have fun. Do fun. Be fun. See Fun. More fun. Please. Alohahaha.
Dear Mr. Foote, your wild enthusiasms, deep comments and FUN! light me up like a nearly extinct firefly. I spent the weekend in several rivers. I want to send you my deck of Holy Shit!
...i'm going to buy the heartsquest now -- toss that shit in if you want :)...(also let me know if that paypal went through if not I can zelle or some other way too)...
These are exactly the types of new experiences that I am allowing into my body to reset it during perimenopause and prepare me for this next phase of life. Just beautiful creativity, organization, and inspiration. I could only get a quick glimpse of myself through the camera, but what I could see was the sun on my face, the wind in my hair, a smile, and a feeling of complete and utter joy. I'm sure as I bring more of these types of experiences into my life my look through the lens will be much richer in detail. Thank you for the note that brought me here today! I'm honored to be included in your Mostly Brave list.
Thank you, Shelby, for sharing this — such a beautiful image. That feeling in your body, the specifics of sun 🌞 and hair in the wind, that matters more than specific details that created it. You can call that feeling back to your imagination anytime!
I have a practice that involves singing chants in Tsalagi (Cherokee). I have no idea what they mean but they're so lovely. They make my heart very happy every time I sing them. I sang that practice yesterday. 😊
